Of all my travels, perhaps it is this one hotel ideally situated in the Italian countryside which I hope one day to return to.  Just outside of the town of Perugia, it is perfectly situated for day trips to the village of Assisi.  If you desire, just relax on the grounds which are adorned with olive groves and nearby vineyards.  I can not recommend this place highly enough.  Request the suite located in one of it's two towers.
